We combine four complementary services under one roof: luxury vacation and long-term rentals, luxury real estate sales, property management for owners, and tailor-made concierge and relocation services. This means we can support a client through a short stay, a long stay, a purchase, or the management of their own property.
We have operated in Latin America since 2007 — before short-term rental platforms like Airbnb were even active in the region — and have built one of the area’s most respected luxury portfolios over almost 20 years.

Luxury Vacation Rentals
A luxury vacation rental is a high-end private home — a villa, penthouse, beach house or estate — rented for a temporary stay, equipped with premium amenities and, in most cases, supported by staff and concierge services. It offers the privacy and space of a private residence with the service standards of a five-star hotel.
A private villa gives you an entire home for your exclusive use, with far more space, privacy and flexibility than a hotel room. Instead of shared facilities you have your own pool, kitchen, living areas and often dedicated staff, while our concierge can arrange the hotel-style services you want — from a private chef to daily housekeeping.
Yes. Every property in our portfolio is hand-picked and inspected by our local teams against demanding quality criteria. We only present homes that meet our standards for comfort, location, design and service.
It depends on the property. Many of our villas come with staff such as a housekeeper, caretaker or cook, while for others these services can be added on request. We will tell you exactly what is included for each home and arrange any additional staff you need.
For short-term vacation rentals, utilities such as water, electricity and internet are normally included in the rental price. For long-term rentals, terms vary and utilities may be billed separately; we confirm this clearly before you book.
Sometimes, but it must be agreed in advance. Events and parties are subject to each owner's rules and may require prior approval and additional conditions, so please let us know your plans early and we will find a suitable property and arrange the necessary services.
This varies by property. Some homes welcome pets while others do not, so let us know in advance and we will identify pet-friendly options that match your needs.
Booking & Payments
Simply contact our team with your dates, destination and preferences, and we will propose a curated selection of available properties. Once you choose, we confirm availability, send you the rental agreement and payment details, and your concierge begins preparing your stay.
Online listings are indicative, and availability is always reconfirmed directly with our team before a booking is finalized. Because our portfolio is exclusive and in high demand, we recommend contacting us early to secure your preferred dates.
A deposit is required to confirm any booking, with the balance due before arrival. [Typically a deposit of around 50% is required to secure the reservation, with the remaining balance payable 30 to 60 days before check-in
A refundable security deposit is generally required for villa rentals to cover any potential damage. The amount depends on the property and is fully returned after check-out, subject to a final inspection.
