The Villa has been renovated in 2019, is divided into a north and a south wing and can host up to 20 people. The north wing has the main living room and dining room (90m2), a fully equipped modern kitchen on the ground floor: large picture window doors open onto the garden where guests can enjoy an evening cocktail or read a book while looking out to an incomparable glimpse of Montalcino. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the first floor. A large covered patio, just next to the living room, and the kitchen is set up for dining along with a wood barbecue area.
The southern wing provides a superb Tuscan atmosphere with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large living room with a wood fireplace, and a large Tuscan style kitchen.
An in-villa dining service or a self-made barbecue night can be the perfect end of the day while enjoying an Aperitivo with a lovely glass of Fiamma Rosé. In this 600-hectare bio-protected estate you can find the perfect spot for Yoga classes and also other sports activities such as table tennis and basketball nets, all adding to your evening enjoyment. Guests can enjoy the beautiful swimming pool in the center of the garden with a unique view of the valley overlooking the olive grove, or enjoy a private wine tasting experience at Cantina.
A charming guest house completes the Villa, with the upper floor designed as a loft with an exceptional master bedroom and bathroom. On the ground floor, a beautiful living room with a stone and brick fireplace creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
