Montevettolini is actually in Monsummano Terme, a famous spa resort and it connects the area of Monsummano with the IGP wine area of Montalbano, home to prestigious wine labels such as Capezzana and Antinori, as well as the most prestigious Tuscan olive oils, from producing farms in the area.
This beautiful villa is one of the most elegant in Tuscany, built in the sixteenth century and once owned by a prince. It has been carefully restored and improved by the present owner, whose family bought the property more than 200 years ago.
All the rooms are decorated with original furniture and paintings, Venetian glass chandeliers, and Persian carpets.
The villa features 6 ensuite bedrooms, a kitchen and service staff areas, a large indoor dining room with 20 seated places, a huge fireplace, living areas, and common spaces. On the first floor, there are two wings, divided by a Royal living room: the left-wing has two master ensuite bedrooms and an original chapel. The Royal living room has more than 10 sofas, a royal fireplace, and many period marble decorations. The right-wing includes a TV room, an antique red library with original books from the past three centuries, as well as two twin/double ensuite bedrooms. Both wings can be reached from downstairs separately.
The garden consists of an alfresco panoramic area, covered with green leaves, stone and marble tables, and chairs, overlooking the swimming pool and the stunning panoramic view in front of the property, all surrounded by century-old lemon trees and flower bushes from all over the world. The swimming pool, 18mt x7mt, is next to an elevated sunbathing area with changing rooms, a game room for kids, and many seats and tables for relaxation and enjoying snacks by the pool.

• Silver chef service: Daily lunch OR dinner – 7 days ‐ Euro 2,100 (net rate to villa owner)
• Gold chef service: Daily lunch AND dinner – 7 days ‐ Euro 2,500 (net rate to villa owner)
Chef service needs to be booked and paid in advance. Please note a Food deposit in cash is also due and needs to be paid locally.

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
