The result has seen this villa win the 2020 Wallpaper Design Awards. As a founder of the village Pueblo del Sol, in Oaxaca, and as with everything that he does, indigenous, local people come first. You can sense that intention and kindness transfered to experience of the house as well. This newly inaugurated property is tucked in the Sian Ka’an Biosphere, Tulum’s Unesco Heritage protected jungle, it is promising to be an ultimate experience in true sustainable luxury.

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
