All rooms have natural ventilation, ceiling fan and air conditioning. All bathrooms have hygienic showers and showers with abundant hot water and with a gas heating system.
There is a covered garage for 2 cars and outside space for 3 cars.
The house has the services of a couple of caretakers who sleep in the house and work 8 hours a day, finishing until 6 pm. for R$200.00 for the caretaker, who takes care of the house and kitchen, and R$50.00 for the caretaker who takes care of the pool, garden and maintenance.
There is a need to hire a helper from 6 people, value R$200.00 + transportation. It is possible to hire even more extra helpers. Please contact us in advance.
Overtime must be arranged with the team personally.

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
