The second floor is where the highlight of the penthouse is located, the entire floor has an open, air-conditioned environment that combines the living room, dining room, and kitchen, all environments are impeccably decorated with quality and sophistication. The living area has a large smart TV to enjoy movies and series and a space with a large sofa for chatting, resting, and contemplating the beautiful immensity of the sea.
Its beautiful dining area includes a large table that comfortably seats 10 people and is next to the kitchen, an excellent environment equipped with the most modern appliances for preparing excellent meals.

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
