The 560 sqm villa, including a 70 sqm Guest House, offers a courtyard entrance that leads straight into a double-sided hallway, following to the charming lounge with an open log fireplace. It features 5 bedrooms in total and can accommodate up to 10 guests. Three bedrooms are located in the main building plus one bedroom at the end of the house with a separate entrance and exit to the garden and pool. This double bedroom also has a sauna. The fifth bedroom is in the guest house.
Through a small hallway passage from the lounge, guests can have access into the dining room, which has patio doors onto the outside dining area with a BBQ area, which can be used all year around. There is a large living room with direct access to the covered, furnished terrace, overlooking the large heated pool with child-proof cover.
Olive, palm and fruit trees and a very green environment surround the 1.891 sqm plot. The area is very calm and quiet without any traffic noise - relaxing and energizing.

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
