The house can accommodate up to 12 people in its living space of 1000m2. In the comfortably furnished main house there are 3 suites, in one of them, the Lady Di Suite, the "Princess of Hearts" once spent one of her holidays. An open kitchen, a large living room with fireplace and a dining room with a large dining table are located on the pool level. There is a small gym in the basement. A further 3 attractive suites are located in the guest house. A special highlight, a rock grotto can be found at the back of the property. From the pool as well as from the Jacuzzi, guests can enjoy a magnificent view towards the marina and the most beautiful sunsets, very private and exclusive.

- Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
