The house has direct private access to the beach, its large garden of 6.000m2 allows the most experienced kite surfers to raise and lower their kites in the garden. Excellent spot for surfing and kitesurfing.

A caretaker couple lives in an independent house at the entrance to the property and provides daily cleaning and preparation of breakfast.

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
