The property includes a caretaker's house where the caretaker and her family live and a parking lot for 5 cars.
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms or in common areas of the property. Animals are not allowed.
The daily rate does not include services. Cook and maid are considered extra services. And we can help with hiring. The possibility of hiring a team for cleaning and assistance with meals.
We offer basic cleaning products for your arrival, if anything more is needed, it will be the guest's responsibility

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
