From several areas of the house, you can admire the landscape of ocean water and other islands
nearby. The villa's private beach will make your stay even more special, as you can relax in full privacy and have your own water sports departure point. If you want to enjoy calm waters, you can also relax in the large pool of the villa. Finally, the house has a full kitchen where our cooks can prepare local dishes for your group.

- Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
