The house is a wonderful place where the modern architectonic style is blended with the exclusive classic decoration and its special interior design with carefully chosen finishes and materials. It offers very pleasant spaces suitable for entertaining and enjoying with family, friends, or in couples, such as one separate living room perfect for rest and relaxation, a pool with a horizontal garden that integrates the kitchen and a complementary living room.

On the first level there is a first ensuite bedroom with a double bed, large closet, TV, and view towards the pool and the interior of the house. At this same level, you will find an open kitchen creating a space for easy interaction between guests. One level below, you will find a second ensuite bedroom overlooking the bottom of the pool.

The second level of the house can be accessed by modern floating stairs in stone, followed by a beautiful path and flowerpots leading to the master suite equipped with a walking closet, television, balcony, and a magnificent view towards the interior of the house. On the third level is a spectacular viewpoint with a BBQ, jacuzzi, and view towards Cartagena's old city.

The location of the house is strategic, it is close to excellent restaurants and lively meeting points of the city locals.

- The decree establishes the exemption from Sales Tax (VAT) for tourist services provided to residents abroad that are used in Colombian territory. The exemption applies to tourist services originating from packages sold by operating agencies or hotels registered in the national tourism registry, and also applies to hotel services sold by hotels to operating agencies as long as the beneficiary of the services provided in the national territory is a resident abroad.
- The foreigner residing abroad must prove his condition by presenting the original passport; the Andean card or the Mercosur card proving your immigration status with the current stamp of Permit to Enter and Stay PIP-3, or PIP-5, or PIP-6, or PIP-10; or the current Temporary Visa TP-7, or TP-11, or TP-12;

- Random visits are not allowed and require prior approval.

- Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.

Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
