The villa is situated along a walking path overlooking Certosa di San Giacomo and Marina Piccola, with views of the entire town of Capri and Monte Solaro. After more than 200 years, the villa is still currently owned by descendants of the original family who recently completed a large-scale renovation in 2010.
The villa is ideally located in the residential area of Capri and surrounded by superb gardens, just a few minutes from the central shopping district. It is the perfect location where you can enjoy a glamorous holiday on the Island.
Villa can accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 en suite double bedrooms. The indoor area of 430 sqm, based on 3 different floors which consist of rooms, entrance hall, kitchen, dining room, TV room, living room, and game room.
The Villa has a 4x7 meter swimming pool which can be heated, on request, 30 Celsius. There is an air-conditioned gym with a treadmill and stretching bar, complete with an entertainment unit with music, TV, video, and DVD. The facilities also include a sauna and shower stall with a glass door.
Outside there are 7 lounge chairs with cushions and top-quality pool towels. From the pool terrace, a traditional Capri colonnade overlooks the town center of Capri offering a glimpse towards Mount Solaro. Small potted palm trees line the beautiful paved terrace.

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
