Each lot has 2 floors full of large windows that allow the entrance of both light and sea breeze. Each house has its own rooms, kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms.

There are 2 swimming pools, one smaller located in the main house and the largest, which is an infinity pool, is in the third lot, which is the second-largest house. In the infinity pool you can lie on the sun loungers and try a drink of the best drinks while enjoying the incredible view of your own pool merging into the ocean with the golden glow of the sun at the end of the day stretching out over the sea.

There are 6 suites and 2 adjoining rooms in total. The configurations of each suite are varied to suit the biggest families and friends:

Your garage accommodates up to 4 vehicles and you can also park up to 5 more vehicles in the open-air spaces.

The house is located in a condominium with 24 hour security for your security and convenience.



CHARGES FOR EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY
Housekeeper: 150 to 200 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, it assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, makes purchases in the supermarket, if necessary.
Maid: 150 to 200 BRL per day. Keeps the house always clean and organized and does maid service.
Cook (optional): 200 to 300 BRL per day. Prepare meals.
Kitchen helper (optional): 150 to 200 BRL per day. Assists the cook.
