The kitchen of the house is next to the living room, and despite being compact, it is complete. Two refrigerators, a cellar, appliances, furniture and an excellent space for cooking. Its dining table comfortably seats 6 people.
Still on the first floor there is a suite overlooking the pool, queen size bed, closet, smartv, large bathroom
On the second floor are 4 fabulous suites. All with a large balcony that has a view of the entire area, and even a sea view. Each of the suites has a queen bed, smartv, closet and bathroom. The house can accommodate 5 couples, or up to 16 people.
The fantastic gourmet area has a beer hall, snooker table, barbecue, table for 10 seats, sun loungers, another table on the lawn and the pool with fountain. An ideal environment for celebrations with friends and family.
From the house to the sea it is only a few minutes' walk. The condominium has tennis courts, soccer field, beach tennis, sports court and a bike path that runs along the entire length of the beach.

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
