On the ground floor, the interior is divided into a living room, hallway, dining room, gourmet area, kitchen and service area. The living room was furnished aiming a perfect balance of light colors accompanying floor and ceiling. It also has a 50-inch smartv to enjoy excellent multimedia content.
The dining room has a large table with seating for 10 people. It is equipped with a fridge, freezer and has direct access to the house's balcony. The kitchen, although discreet, is spacious and well equipped with modern appliances.
On the second floor are the 6 beautiful suites, all spacious and air-conditioned. Of the 6 suites, 5 have king and queen size beds and the sixth suite has a children's theme with a bunk bed with a slide and a crib. All have excellent views of the garden and the region.
Outside the house is a large deck with a swimming pool, its ends are shallow and the center is deep, perfect for entertaining both adults and children. Next to the pool, there are comfortable sofas and a barbecue with an oven for preparing pizzas, as well as a space for meals.
The house is just a few minutes from the beach and a lot of entertainment that the condominium offers, such as tennis and soccer courts. This is a place of peace and tranquility rich in culture and a lot of beauty that the Bahian coast has to offer.

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
