The house also has a smoke detector and fire extinguishers. There is an anti-fungal system in the linen closet to protect the trousseau. And as a smart home, it captures and reuses rainwater.

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
