A villa é bem distribuída em quatro construções. Contendo as 06 suítes. Casa principal com três suítes. Tem uma construção para a sala de jogos. E duas casinhas com duas suítes cada.
Na construção principal está a área social. Bela sala de estar com sofás e poltronas confortáveis intimistas para uma boa conversa. A vista da sala está a piscina, com revestimento de ladrinhos verde harmonizando as cores do entorno. Ao lado está cozinha gourmet com preciosa churrasqueira, forno a lenha, e uma mesa de refeições para XXX pessoas. - A photo of the ID for all overnight guests must be sent to us prior to arrival.
- Random visits are not allowed and require prior approval.

- Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
