The main living room and dining room have glass doors that open onto a balcony followed by a large wooden deck with a huge solarium sofa. The house surrounds an open courtyard with grass and coconut trees. From the main deck there is a staircase that goes down to the lawn and another that goes up to a viewpoint covered by a piassava, where there is a sofa, armchairs and a bar whose view encompasses the sea from Praia dos Coqueiros (north side) to Ponta de Itapororoca (South side).
A part of the gazebo where there is another solarium sofa is open to the sky. Under the gazebo there is another room that can be used as an additional room or for games and relaxation where there is a ping-pong table. Near the path to the beach there is a fresh water shower.

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
