The external suite was built in 2016, it is a double-height suite, with tall wooden veneziana windows, taking advantage of the tall space, a beautiful wooden stair will lead you to the sitting mezzanine to read a book or watch a movie. The suite opens onto a large and cozy outside sitting area. Few steps away from the gourmet area under a charming pergola with a traditional wooden roof, a large outside table with cushioned benches, BBQ/Parilla style is the perfect place for breakfast, brunch or late lunch.
The house is a 4-minute walk to the Quadrado and a short 15-minute walk to the beautiful beaches of Trancoso. Accommodations include daily housekeepers, a gardener/pool maintenance, English-speaking managers and light breakfast complementary.

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
