The ideal geographical position of the villa, in the heart of the residences of the Gulf, makes it possible to quickly reach the famous beaches of Pampelonne, l'Escalet or Gigaro, as well as the villages of Gassin, Ramatuelle or la Croix-Valmer, by bypassing the traffic and thus to benefit fully from the beauty of the peninsula.
The bamboo deckchairs along the spacious pink marble infinity pool (12x6m), with the prestigious Bertaud Belieu vineyard as a neighbour, invite you to relax. The sun exposure is ideal and the sunsets are unforgettable.
The stone pool house, designed in the Provençal tradition, keeps you cool even at the hottest times of the year. Its summer kitchen and barbecue allow you to enjoy the refreshments with family and friends by the pool.
A large wooden table under its arbour, in the shade of the canisses, can also host lunches and dinners, to vary the atmosphere, unless you prefer the indoor dining room and the coolness of the air-conditioning in the middle of summer or the warmth of the fireplace in winter.

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
