The nightly rental rate includes access to the condominium and its club facilities, including the social clubhouse, restaurant, golf course, tennis courts, marina, swimming pool, and other amenities.
Housekeeping service is mandatory and charged separately: COP 90,000 per day per every 6 guests. The housekeepers cook, maintain the property clean and organized, and provide maid service. Service hours are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
