The Dormitory: Four single beds, shower room, toilet, and terrace.
The Guest Bedroom: Double bed (160 cm), shower room, toilet, and balcony.
The Living Room: Spacious, queen-size bed, hammam shower, bar area opening onto a terrace, outdoor lounge, and jacuzzi.
On the second level, the living space includes a reading and relaxation lounge, a fully equipped open kitchen with a counter, a wine cellar, a fireplace lounge with TV and large sofas offering mountain views, furnished terraces, and a dining room that can accommodate 18 people.

- A photo of the ID for all overnight guests must be sent to us prior to arrival.
- Random visits are not allowed and require prior approval.

- Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
