The first house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, an elevator connecting the entrance level and the first floor, a small staircase leading to an en-suite bedroom. Outside, just across a small path, access to the second house. Directly facing the beach, the second house is also accessible directly from the street. This independent annex is located across from the first house and offers outstanding views of the beach just in front. This residence features a small kitchen, open large living room, dining area up to 6 people, and WC.

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
