On the first floor, there is a spacious living and dining room without partitions. This environment is very wide and embraced by nature thanks to the glass walls that bring the opulent tropical forest into the house. Also on this floor, there is a kitchen of excellent size and good taste, combining the luxury of stainless steel and marble countertops, with rich wooden cabinets, and large windows.
The living room has a wooden staircase, with a modern design, which leads up to the 4 suites that are located upstairs. The master suite is located at the front of the house, and therefore overlooks the pool and the ocean, in addition to a huge private terrace. This suite was designed with an innovative design without walls so that there is no separation between the bedroom and the bathroom area of the suite allowing you to enjoy the view without interruption.

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
