Your first suite is on the first floor of the villa, has ample air-conditioned space and is equipped with a king size bed with a sofa bed for children and a private bathroom.

The first suite is a master suite, it has a super king size bed and a double sofa bed and a balcony with a sea view. The second suite has 2 queen size beds and has an ocean view. To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
