Russia Hospitality House at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games

We managed logistics and catering at the Russia House during the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. Our duties involved daily restaurant services for about 500 guests, hosting exclusive private dinners with international chefs on demand, and establishing the Baltika (famous Russian beer) kiosk just five days before the opening. Furthermore, we secured 120 rooms by privatizing a wing of the Sofitel Copacabana and boutique hotels nearby.

Taittinger at the Russia 2018 World Cup

We played a key role in the hospitality house managed by the Russian distributor. The Taittinger Loft hosted approximately 2,000 guests over 25 nights during the World Cup, where they savored over 3,000 bottles of champagne. Additionally, we developed the Taittinger Live Experience platform, offering tailored travel programs for more than 300 guests from 30 countries across 8 Russian cities.
