There are five artistically designed air-conditioned bedrooms with 14-foot ceilings inside the villa; 2 bedrooms are furnished with 2 queen-size beds, two bedrooms are furnished with 1 king-size bed and 1 bedroom is furnished with 1 queen-size bed. There are also 4 lovely guesthouses located outside; 2 of the guesthouses are furnished with 2 king-size beds and the other 2 guesthouses each have 1 king-size bed. Each of the 9 bedrooms is equipped with ceiling fans, satellite TV, a DVD player, and a security safe. This magnificent house decor was inspired by Mexican architecture and craftsmanship. Every bedroom has its private luxurious marble bathroom and the master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub with an incredible view of the Caribbean.

The pool area is also equipped with an outside shower for your comfort. Free internet access is available which makes it ideal for modern vacationers. Our manager also provides personal assistance which includes planning day trips and booking authentic Mayan massages in the comfort of your dream vacation home. The house has five full-time caretakers and a security service is also included, through a company which provides your vacation home with a night guard.

- A photo of the ID for all overnight guests must be sent to us prior to arrival.

- Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
