The rental includes staff (cook, housekeeper, caretaker, and sailor), to make the stay as pleasant as possible, as well as a steam sauna and equipment available for water activities, such as kayaking, wakeboarding, stand up paddle, and a floating nautical carpet. In town, there is a support marina and parking for cars.

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
