The 5 elegant bedrooms with private bathrooms are located on the upper floor, accessible by a majestic wooden staircase. Every room is furnished with high-quality standards, equipped with elegant curtains, a refined upholstered bed, TV, with solid oak wood floor. Private marble bathrooms feature a shower, bidet, and luxurious finishings.
The living area is situated on the ground floor together with the big hall, facing a private garden, veranda with drapes, and a view of the lake. The fully equipped kitchen made of stainless steel has a wide window overlooking the park. Relax room, with a TV and sofa, might be the sixth bedroom with a double bed sofa double bed. This room features a transparent glass roof, equipped with a table and barbeque grill.
Villa features a wellness area with a gym, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, and relaxation sofas. The fitness area is equipped with its own private bathroom with a shower and with the laundry room, equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and electric iron. Just next to the wellness area a multifunction space with walls of natural stone, a TV, several sofas, armchairs, and an impressive refectory table.

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
