The house is equipped with outdoor living and dining areas and a huge plunge pool. These great areas of the home invite you to plan a group event such as an afternoon lunch or an evening BBQ under the starry sky.
In addition to being just across the street from the beach, the house is located only 12 minutes’ walk from town or more specifically from La Quinta’s (5th Avenue), restaurant, shopping and nightlife district!

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
