This villa is located only a few steps away from the heart of Mykonos. The interior is organized around a stone-paved courtyard that seems to be carved into the rock that surrounds it. This hidden oasis with colorful flowers features a comfortable pergola-shaded dining and lounging area with a built-in sofa and an open-sky jacuzzi. At the front of the courtyard, a small terrace offers amazing views of Mykonos and the famous windmills.

A wooden door leads from the courtyard to a living room with a dining area, which is also accessed through the main entrance. One of the highlights of the villa is the large window in the main living area which offers fabulous views of the Aegean and Mykonos. The kitchen is ultra-modern and fully equipped, the bedrooms are designed with stark-white style, creating ultimately, a relaxing atmosphere. Wood-framed windows offer soothing views of the harbor and let the cool night breeze in.

- A photo of the ID for all overnight guests must be sent to us prior to arrival.
- Random visits are not allowed and require prior approval.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval.
- Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.

Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
