Located 170 kilometers for the city in the region of Catuçaba, at the end of a valley and surrounded by wild nature this architectural marvel sits at the top of a hill giving you the feeling of not only being at the end of the world but also being on top of it.

Designed by internationally acclaimed architect Marcio Kogan, the house is an invitation to disconnection, peace and relaxation. Kogan’s renowned features have been fully respected throughout the project thanks to wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces that can be increased thanks to the large floor-to-ceiling windows. The sound of the birds singing while the wind blows up from the valley and through nice provides feelings that words can’t describe.

All the materials used throughout the property as well as the project’s conception have been carefully selected and crafted with the highest standards of sustainability, including responsibly sourced Amazon hardwoods and thermal/acoustic insulation made of locally recycled plastic fibres. Furthermore the rooftop solar panels and a small wind turbine provides energy to the entire house and the water supply is supplemented by collected rainwater.

All indoor furniture and appliances have also been carefully selected enabling you to fully enjoy the social and private areas in the most comfortable and modern environment. You can either cook on the terrace thanks to the wood-burning stove or in the kitchen on the Gaggenau cooker.

After enjoying your meal with your beloved ones you can relax on one of the Paulo Alves sofas located on the terrace while admiring the breathtaking landscape all around.

Thanks to its four bedrooms (including two suites) you can either spend a romantic weekend with no other human beings in sight or enjoy a relaxing week with your family. Those who have the privilege to sleep in the master bedroom can either soak in the copper bathtub designed by William Holland Ltd or take a shower with the windows wide open on mother nature.

Housekeeper: 150 to 200 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, it assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, makes purchases in the supermarket, if necessary.
Maid: 150 to 200 BRL per day. Keeps the house always clean and organized and does maid service.
Cook (optional): 200 to 300 BRL per day. Prepare meals.
Kitchen helper (optional): 150 to 200 BRL per day. Assists the cook.
