The house is divided into several rooms, among them the living room with ample space, a large TV and colonial furniture, the dining room with capacity for 8 people, and a full kitchen. The 7 suites are located between the first and second floors, all with air conditioning and bathroom.

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.

Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
