The villa is on three floors, each of which opens onto a large, elegantly furnished, panoramic terrace with wonderful views over the characteristic landscape of Positano.
The property is located in a pedestrian area, about 500 meters from Positano, where you will find restaurants and shops. The nearest beach is about 1 km (0.6 miles) away. You can reach the villa from the street level by going up a 200-meter (660-foot) public walkway that includes about 100 steps.
The villa consists of 7 double en-suite rooms and 1 single bedroom, living room, dining room, professionally-equipped kitchen, panoramic terraces, garden, private swimming pool (can be heated), bar area, and alfresco shower and dining area. Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
