With a design that combines the best of colonial style with the traditional modernist of Mexico, the villa holds the unique and typical charm of the region, recognized with ease. The property has a spectacular panoramic view of the Sea of Cortez, with terraces on all three levels.
The six bedrooms of the villa are spread over all three floors, and each has a unique color palette and its own decorative charm. Five of the bedrooms have private baths and all covered terrace areas. With comfortable beds, fresh air and views of the sea, the rooms are ideal for an afternoon nap or a night of deep sleep after a long day in the sun. On the lower floor is a fitness room with a view of the sea.
The top floor of the villa includes a large outdoor seating area around an infinity pool and hot tub, as well as an outdoor dining area, wood beams and a wrought iron chandelier.
The campfire lounge is ideal for sipping cocktails in the cool evening breeze. Fine lighting keeps the terrace lit from dusk until dawn.
Large doors open into the open-plan interior, where, under vaulted wooden beams, the living room features a stunning stone facade and a large television. Then to the living room, the bar is perfect for mixing and enjoying drinks of the most different flavors, while the dining table accommodates up to ten guests for meals overlooking the sea.
The beautiful kitchen includes top quality fixtures and a breakfast table under a splendid vaulted red brick exposed ceiling.
The property is very well positioned, allowing you to enjoy all the leisure that the region offers. It is a short drive from the Resort at Pedregal Beach and the famous Medano Beach, Cabo del Sol Golf Course and the vibrant nightlife of Cabo San Lucas. Boating, fishing and eco-adventure are close by as well.

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
