The villa has two houses that add up to six bedrooms, and accommodate up to 16 people. We present the advertisement for renting both houses simultaneously. If you prefer to rent just one of the houses, we can talk and re-present the proportional values.

As it is a villa with two houses, it has a lot of social and social space. There are two living rooms, two TV rooms. It has a pool table, barbecue and beer brewer.
The villa is located in Quintas do Arraial. Residential neighborhood, tree-lined, quiet and with dirt streets. The house is 600 meters from the beach, a quiet walk to the white sand beach, without waves and with natural pools. It is also a 15-minute walk from the center of Arraial D´Ajuda, or 5 minutes by car.

- Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
