Located in the beautiful Altos de Trancoso community, the house offers seven suites, well-distributed between the garden, the main house, and individual buildings. It accommodates up to 14 people.
The main house has a large living and dining room, kitchen, TV room, and a suite on the ground floor. The upper floor features three suites, a solarium, a hot tub, and a massage hammock. There's also a leisure area and a balcony with a green-bottomed pool. There's a countertop for the outdoor kitchen with a deep sink, a freezer, a horizontal freezer, and an industrial stove. A gourmet area with a barbecue grill and beer coolers. Beach and pool towels are provided.

- Please note that if your check-in or check-out is scheduled for after 7 PM in the evening or before 9 AM in the morning, there will be an additional fee of $30 per check-in or check-out.
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
