The property is made of 2 houses, very close by. Staff will be available 8hday: 1 house director, 2 cooks, 3 maids and a 1 barman that will also set up the beach and poll with long chairs, towels, and umbrellas.

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
