The first floor of the house comprises a large living room with a large TV and a dining area with an equally large table comprising 18 seats and a fully equipped kitchen. In the same room, going up some steps is the lounge area with bar and DJ equipment, made to liven up parties. On the second floor we have 5 suites with a double bed, one of them having a single bed, and a sixth suite containing 3 bunks for children.
The house at the back has access to the island's forest and a small gym with weight training materials, exercise mats, exercise bike and treadmill. Close to the house, around the island are bars and restaurants with typical foods from the region that can be accessed by boat.
CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.
Housekeeper: 150 to 200 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, it assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, makes purchases in the supermarket, if necessary.

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
