Bah706 - Sensational farm for project development

The Farm is on the southern coast of Bahia, on the Cocoa Coast: beaches, forests and waterfalls. At exit 09 km from BA-001. Located above the first hill facing the sea.

- 25 km north of the city center of Ilhéus,
- Itacaré: 50 km to the North
- Serra Grande: 15 km to the North

The Farm is located within the Unesco Ecological Corridor « Atlantic Forest Biome », within the APA of Lagoa Encantada. It is next to Ponta da Tulha State Park.

The new APP is one of the environmental compensation measures for the implementation of Porto Sul, built in the Aritagua region, on the south bank of the Almada River, 10 km south of the farm. And that caused a land expropriation of the farm.

But today the Farm has 60 HECTARE.

Eucalyptus structure, piassava fiber roof.
128 m2 house, 16m2 walkway, 24m2 bathrooms. Good infrastructure, more predicting works and repairing.
