Designed to take full advantage of the view, magical combination of the green tropical landscape with the blue of the open ocean, and of the constant gentle breeze, essential during the hot summer days and nights.

Property position above the forest canopy brings the outdoors in and it’s generous sliding doors and windows brings the indoors out.

The house is surrounded by an acre of tropical garden guaranteeing total privacy and peace.

The main house can sleep six adults/children plus one baby. Built on two levels, each one with a unique aspect.

The lower level has an open plan kitchen with a round table with seating for eight and is fully equipped.

On the large external deck, a hard wood table is built around the mangaba’s trunk and dining here looking out over the ocean and reef is perhaps the essence of this unique beach house.

Across the deck from the kitchen is the sitting room with sofa and chairs built from recycled boat wood and a projector and screen for watching films in the evening.

The lower level also has a bathroom and a laundry room.

A wooden stair takes you upstairs to the second level where the bedrooms are located.

The master bedroom has a super king size double bed and vintage furniture. Adjacent is an ensuite bathroom.

Next to this are two more bedrooms – one with two single beds and one with a queen size double bed. Both rooms have an ensuite bathroom.

All bedrooms have extra quiet air conditioning installed.

Tropical hard wood verandas connect the rooms.

There are numerous hammocks, hanging chairs and armchairs dotted about the house and garden for those who want to take it easy.

Behind the top level is an extra bedroom situated 15m from the house. It is built entirely from recycled boat wood and has a magical feeling different from the rest of the house - as well as a beautiful view overlooking the forest and ocean.

Down the hill a there is a second house of 45m2 with kitchen, living room and a bedroom.

Miles of heavenly beach stand at 100 mt down the hill.

Morere village with its shops and simple restaurants is less than 10 mn away.
