It's a lovely room, with lots of windows and natural light all throughout the day, and even has a built in bar. It is very spacious with lots of seating area, and has a small balcony off the front where you can step out and feel the warmth of Copacabana beach. The kitchen is very modern, with all the amenities that you would want to find at home. The flat is Italian in design and so is finished in a tasteful European manor. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with the master bedroom also having access to the balcony which looks down on the Atlantic Ocean below.

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.

Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
