Eight fabulous rooms accommodate twenty people and additional beds are available to accommodate up to twenty-eight which make this one of the largest private homes in Pedregal. Seasonal rentals include daily housekeeping, a manager, and 24-hour security.

The main room has large seating areas, high ceilings, and expansive ocean views. The villa's rooms are distributed on all four levels of the house. Each has a private bathroom, TV, ceiling fan and air conditioning, and six of the rooms have sea views.
