Consisting of enormous 1500 square meters interiors with 200 square meters of terraces and 7 hectares of land, affording a spectacular view of the Tuscan countryside: you feel like you have stepped into a fairytale.
The interiors include 13 rooms with bathrooms, an open-space kitchen, 2 living-rooms, one library, one study, and a playroom. The exteriors host an ancient tower, a medieval church, a Carrara marble swimming pool, a gym, and a tennis court. The property also includes access to a private beach cabana by the sea.

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
