The penthouse has three suites, two located on the first floor and connected by a nice balcony and a shared bathroom. There is also an equipped and modern kitchen and a half bath, with shower, even on the first floor. On the second floor, we find the swimming pool, and a huge terrace with stunning views and another suite.

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit within 2 business days of contract agreement. The balance will be due as per the terms outlined in your contract, which is anytime between 90 and 30 days before your stay commences.
Prior to your stay, we will request a security deposit to cover any potential damage or unforeseen events. The deposit amount is specified in the contract before your booking and will be released once we confirm that no damage occurred during your stay.
